Recently, Maersk, CMA and other shipping companies have announced a new round of July tariff adjustment plan, to optimize the rate of some routes, and at the same time levy peak season surcharge PSS, adjust FAK.
Maersk will adjust the F5W trade route from China to July 1, 2025. The peak season surcharge of PSS for 40 feet / 45 feet dry / specialty / refrigerated boxes departing from Hong Kong, China to Port Ninhru, Mandalay, Pimpawa and Sri Lanka / Pakistan / Maldives is uniformly adjusted to $1,400.
Also from July 1, 2025, until further notice, Maersk will adjust the peak season surcharge PSS to $1000 for all containers departing from China, Hong Kong, China to Katupali, Visakhapatnam and Nepal.
In addition, Dafei also announced the adjustment of FAK rates from Asia to Northern Europe from July 1, 2025 until further notice (no later than July 15, 2025). The specific standard is $2,250 for a 20-foot container and $4,100 for a 40-foot container (including high containers and refrigerators).
