Last Saturday (June 14), Honde International export logistics had a special challenge - to pack 12 vehicles into a container safely and efficiently for shipment overseas.
The Hontex team was well prepared before the packing work began. First, a comprehensive inspection of 12 vehicles was carried out, carefully documenting the condition of the vehicle's exterior, interior, function, etc., to ensure that the vehicle was in good condition before it was loaded into cabinets. At the same time, a suitable container is precisely selected based on the size and weight of the car. The container, which has been strictly calculated, can provide the ideal space for motor vehicle transport. One container can hold 4 vehicles.
The car slowly drove into the container, adjusting its position precisely to ensure that the car was placed in the middle, leaving suitable space for subsequent reinforcement.
Next, use a tire holder to firmly secure the four tires of the car. Each tire is inspected several times to ensure that the fixture is tightly bound and leaves no room for loosening. High-strength binding tape is then used to pass through several key parts of the car's chassis, interlocking the car with fixtures on the top and side of the container. Each binding strip undergoes rigorous tensile testing to ensure that the binding strength is uniform and meets safety standards, making the car and the container a solid whole.
In addition, for the damage-prone parts of the car, such as rearview mirrors and car lights, the workers also carefully use materials such as foam panels and collision cotton for packaging protection to prevent damage caused by collisions and friction during transportation.
After the reinforcing is completed, the packing work reaches its final critical stage. The crew once again inspected the fixture of the car to ensure that all reinforcing devices were free of looseness and abnormalities and completed the packing.
