Recently, the Ministry of Commerce, the Cabinet of Ministers of Public Security, and the General Administration of Customs have jointly strengthened the inspection of export goods, especially implementing stricter export controls on strategic minerals such as gallium, germanium, antimony, tungsten, and medium and heavy rare earths.

Check the inventory of goods strictly

1. Medium and heavy rare earths and rare metals including tritium, yttrium, ruthenium, neodymium, palladium, tritium, and platinum, High density goods such as germanium, radium, germanium, thorium, uranium, plutonium, germanium lanthanum, germanium lithium, germanium zirconium, tantalum, tungsten, molybdenum, gallium, germanium germanium, titanium, germanium tellurium, germanius, germanium antimony, samarium, germanium tritium, germanium metallurgy, metallurgy raw materials and other types of metal ingots, metal molds, metal raw materials and so on.

2. Graphite: Due to its widespread use in high-tech and industrial fields, it has also become a key subject of control.

3. Drones and accessories: Exports of drones and related accessories are strictly limited.

The General Administration of Customs implemented strict inspection measures for the above-mentioned goods. When suspected precious metal cargoes are seized on the spot, because customs cannot directly identify the material and does not approve the testing report provided, the inspection will be sent to determine the composition, and the time limit of this process is unpredictable, and there may even be indefinite delays. In particular, lithium sulfite chloride batteries (ER lithium metal batteries), as a key inspection object, once seized, will be strictly investigated for criminal responsibility.

In order to ensure the smooth passage of goods through customs and avoid unnecessary risks and losses, the shipper must read and strictly abide by the relevant regulations. Do not take chances when declaring goods truthfully. If the goods are seized or delayed due to a false declaration or failure to comply with the requirements, the consequences will be borne by the customer.
