Composition of containers
Containers (CONTAINER),It refers to a large loading container with certain strength, rigidity and specifications for turnover. There are many categories of containers and their uses are very different. Today, let's have a chat. We may not be very clear about the small details.

Container, also known as container or container, is a kind of container freight equipment produced according to the standard specifications, which can be used repeatedly, and has a certain strength, rigidity and integrity to facilitate mechanical loading and unloading. Because the container can be easily transferred and transported, it has greatly expanded its spread and use around the world.

The structure of the container is mainly divided into the following parts: the steel frame, the wave-shaped side wall panel, the floor and its additional beams, the open door leaf and its accessories, and the loading and unloading components. The various components are welded to each other to form a completely independent box structure.
Container No. (Container number for shipment of export goods)
The standard container number consists of an 11-digit code and consists of three parts.
The first part consists of four English letters. The first three codes mainly indicate the owner and operator of the container, and the fourth code indicates the type of container.
The second part consists of 6 digits. It is the box registration code, which is used for the unique identification held by a container box.
The third part is the check code, which is obtained by the first 4 letters and 6 digits through the check rule operation, and is used to identify whether an error occurs during the check. The 11th digit.

What are the common sizes and types of containers?
20GP, 40GP and 40HQ are the three most commonly used containers
What is the size and volume of the 45HQ?

8) Frame box:Box code FR;95 code 42P1, without box top and sides, it is characterized by loading and unloading from the side of the container. Heavy cargo is mainly carried, and it is also convenient to load livestock, as well as naked cargo such as steel, which can be exempted from external packaging.
What is LCL and FCL?

What does big cabinet, small cabinet and double back mean?
Large cabinetGenerally refers to the 40-foot container, usually refers to 40GP and 40HQ. The 45-foot container is generally considered to be a special container.
Small cabinetGenerally refers to a 20-foot container, usually 20GP.
double backIt means two 20-foot cabinets. For example, a trailer pulls two 20-foot small cabinets at the same time; when the port is hoisted, two 20-foot containers are hoisted onto the ship at one time.
Life of the container
The life of a container in the transport industry is generally10-15 yearsThe undamaged container box that has been eliminated still has good physical properties. After derusting and painting, it can generally be used for another 15 years. If it is well maintained or matched with other structures such as concrete, it can be more durable. Of course, the new container is better in appearance and performance.
Protection of containers
The container material is affected by the physical characteristics of the metal structure itself, the thermal insulation performance is poor, the indoor thermal environment is relatively unstable, and an additional thermal insulation layer is required to effectively control the indoor thermal environment; in addition, the box is easy to rust, and it is necessary to paint the inside and outside of the container with anti-rust paint to prevent corrosion. It should be noted that in order to prevent the spread of diseases and insect pests during international shipping, chromate, phosphorus or lead paint is used in container paints produced in some countries. Therefore, it is necessary to polish off the original residual paint for some boxes before they can be used safely.
