1. Opening time

When the cargo owner orders the cabin, the shipping company will release s/o to the cargo owner, specifying the dates so that the cargo owner can arrange to lift the container for loading. The opening time refers to the earliest time when the empty cabinet can be picked up. If the opening time has not been reached, the empty cabinet cannot be picked up from the wharf or the place designated by the shipping company.

2. Intercepting and feeding time

The cut-off time, also known as the cut-off time, is the latest time for the shipper to submit the information required for the production of the bill of lading to the shipping company. That is, the time when the shipping company finally changes the format of the bill of lading. Before that, the format and information of the bill of lading can be modified many times. After that, the modification of the bill of lading will incur the cost of changing the bill of lading. There is no standard for this time. Each shipping company is different. Some are sailing days and some are within one week after sailing. If the bill of lading replenishment cannot be submitted to the shipping company in time at this time, you can apply to the shipping company for SI Late Come, that is, to apply for an extension of the cut-off replenishment time, the general shipping company will extend a few hours to the shipper.

S/I CLOSING is a special requirement for the US line and is different from other routes. The freight forwarder must report the goods and other information to the carrier 48 hours before the sailing. The carrier must report the cargo information to the U.S. Customs through the AMS system 24 hours before sailing, and must provide the real owner and consignee to the U.S. Customs.

AMS-America manifest system --- U.S. warehouse receipt system, also known as anti-terrorism manifest fee, information fee. This data is required for imports into the United States (all over the world) and is provided to the United States Customs, including the specific body of the wool, the real consignee and consignor, and the name of the product in both Chinese and English. It is generally required to be completed the day before the closing.

3. Closing time

Closing time includes terminal cut-off bin time and cut-off strip time.

A. cut-off time, English is Closing Time, which is the time when the terminal closes the heavy container. (That is, the latest time to return the goods to the container after loading) means that the shipping company will no longer arrange for the container to be returned after this time on the voyage, that is, the heavy container cannot be delivered to the dock, let alone loaded.

B. The cut-off strip refers to the latest time when the shipping company accepts the customs release strip (the latest is usually within six hours after the cut-off counter, which is the buffer time). The goods must be cleared for customs clearance before this time and submitted to the shipping company for customs clearance. After this time, the shipping company will not accept the release of the goods for the voyage, and the goods will not be on the voyage.

1) The release bar is a release certificate given by the customs after the release. After this time, the customs release slip will be submitted, and the shipping company will not be allowed to board the ship as if the goods have not been cleared. At this time, even if the heavy container has been returned to the dock, it can only be extended to the off-duty ship.

2) If the goods are closed on the same day and declared on the same day, the customs check-up rate is very high. Generally, experienced freight forwarders will advise the shipper to postpone the declaration to the next ship under such circumstances. Otherwise, the check-up fee, the change of ship name fee and the rental fee will have to be pulled for half a day.

3) If you can't catch up with the closing time, you can also apply to the shipping company for CY LateCome in advance. The shipping company may allow the heavy container to be delivered several hours later. But sometimes the shipping company does not agree to extend the time to the shipper. In Shenzhen, customs declaration must be made after the heavy cabinet has the heavy cabinet paper to arrange customs declaration. It is better to return the heavy counter half a day to more than one day before the heavy counter. The order is to cut off the heavy cabinet, cut off, cut off the release bar.

4, customs cut-off release time.

It is the date of the last receipt of the shipping order (commonly known as the release strip) given by the shipping company! The port area usually starts to sort out the receipt of the station for customs clearance a few hours before the ship is set off to prepare the ship! This time is also the closing time!

It's like taking a train, cutting off the heavy cabinet, which is equivalent to the time when the ticket is checked and entering the station, cutting off the release bar, which is equivalent to the time when the train attendants cut off passengers from boarding the train and have to wait for the next train.
