Recently, with the approval of Xingsha Customs under Changsha Customs, the third China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo officially completed the filing of the customs system, and accepted the declaration of the first batch of 10 exhibitors and 4 exhibits on the same day. These exhibits are expected to arrive in Changsha on June 11. The third China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo will be held in Changsha from June 29 to July 2.

Xingsha customs officers accepted the declaration of the first batch of 10 exhibitors and 4 exhibits of the third China Africa economic and Trade Expo through the customs system.

According to the person in charge of the Integrated Business Section of Xingsha Customs, the first batch of declared exhibits are mainly malachite, honey, wood carvings, etc., from Zambia, Kenya and other countries. Among them, malachite is the first exhibition since the previous China-Africa Economic and Trade Expos. According to the preliminary registration and docking, more than 900 exhibits from 26 participating countries and regions are expected to participate in the Expo.

In order to do a good job in ensuring the service of the Expo efficiently, Changsha Customs sorted out the business process in advance and specially formulated the "Customs Clearance Instructions for the Third China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo", which introduced in detail the procedures for handling customs procedures in eight aspects, including exhibition filing, examination and approval of exhibits and access, and declaration of imported materials. Organize and judge the 23 types of problems that may be encountered during the Expo, and formulate solutions one by one. Improve the business ability of front-line customs officers and conduct practical exercises in advance. Pay close attention to the demand for customs clearance of exhibits, arrange special personnel for docking, and implement 24-hour appointment for overtime work to ensure the rapid customs clearance of exhibits.
