• The bill of lading needs to show the notifying party, and the notifying party cannot be shown as same as consignee/same as above.

• The bill of lading needs to show the volume of the goods.

• Bill of lading does not accept general name

 

Austria/Austria

 

• Individuals are not accepted as consignees.

 

Belgium/Belgium

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local Belgian company, but must be a company located in another European country.

• If a variety of goods are mixed, or involving different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately to avoid incomplete declaration.

• "pallet" is not accepted as a unit of packing of goods.

• If the goods being transported are used cars, the goods information shall be submitted separately for each vehicle when submitting the bill of lading sample, and 1)VIN#/Chassis# 2)Maker 3)Model 4)Year of Manufacturing shall be displayed in the cargo trace.

• The breakdown(Cargo weight) of each cabinet must be shown on the bill of lading.

 

捷克/Czech Republic

 

• Individuals are not accepted as consignees.

 

Estonia/Estonia

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local Estonian company, but must be a company located in another European country.

• All shipments to Estonia and transit here must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

Finland/Finland

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local Finnish company, but must be a company located in another European country.

• If the goods being transported are vehicles, the goods information shall be submitted separately for each vehicle when submitting the sample bill of lading, and the VIN number shall be displayed in the cargo trace. At the same time, the customs does not accept the goods packaging unit "unpacked/vehicle/unit", which needs to be displayed as "Piece".

• "Pallet", "Tray", "Loose" are not accepted as packing units.

• 4-digit HS CODE must be provided for all shipments to and from Finland. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

France/France

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local French company, but must be a company located in another European country. In addition, individuals are not accepted as consignees.

• Except for personal items, all goods to France must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE and shown on the description of the bill of lading. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

Germany/Germany

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local German company, but must be a company located in another European country. In addition, individuals are not accepted as consignees.

• The number of pieces of a single item cannot exceed 99,999.

• All goods to Germany and transit here must be provided with a 4-digit HS CODE. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

• If the goods to be transported are vehicles/motorcycles (whether new or used), the goods information shall be submitted separately for each vehicle when submitting the sample bill of lading, and the corresponding VIN number shall be provided and displayed on the bill of lading. If there are other goods in the same cabinet, the weight of each kind of goods shall be submitted separately.

• The breakdown(Cargo weight) of each cabinet must be shown on the bill of lading.

 

Greece/Greece

 

• All goods to Greece and transit here must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

• The port of discharge must show the port of discharge at the end of the zui.

• The breakdown(Cargo weight) of each cabinet must be shown on the bill of lading.

 

Italy/

 

• All goods to Italy and transit here must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

Latvia/Latvia

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local Latvian company, but must be a company located in another European country.

• All goods to Latvia and transit here must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

Lithuania/Lithuania

 

• The receiving consignee or the notifying party is not a local Lithuanian company, but must be a company located in another European country.

• All goods to the port of Klaipeda, Lithuania and transit here must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

Malta/Malta

 

• All goods to Malta and transit here must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE and shown on the bill of lading. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

荷兰/Netherlands

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local Dutch company, but must be a company located in another European country.

• The number of pieces of a single item cannot exceed 99,999.

• All shipments to the Netherlands and transit there that require an animal and plant inspection and quarantine certificate must be provided with at least 4-digit HS CODE.

• If a variety of goods are mixed, or involving different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately to avoid incomplete declaration.

• If the goods being transported are vehicles, the goods information shall be submitted separately for each vehicle when submitting the sample bill of lading, and the corresponding 1) VIN # 2) Maker 3) Model 4) Year of Manufacturing shall be provided.

• If the goods are personal belongings, please upload the English packing list to the "file upload->Packing list" corresponding to the bill of lading in our www.oocl.com or CargoS mart.

• The breakdown(Cargo weight) of each cabinet must be shown on the bill of lading.

 

Norway/Norway

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local Norwegian company, but must be a company located in another European country.

 

Poland/Poland

 

• All goods to Poland (except GDY01) and transit here need to be sealed with high security seal and provide correct seal information when submitting the sample bill of lading.

• The breakdown(Cargo weight) of each cabinet must be shown on the bill of lading.

 

Romania/Romania

 

• When the consignee or notifying party is NVOCC or Freight Forwarder, it is necessary to add "AS FREIGHT FORWARDER" after the company name or add "FFWD" before the company name ".

• Transshipment of goods from Romania to Ukraine, the Republic of Moldova or Russia is not acceptable, so the consignee cannot be a company of the above-mentioned countries and the bill of lading cannot mention the relevant transshipment clause.

• The consignee of the bill of lading shall be the same as the consignee at the time of booking. In the case of a To Order bill of lading, the notifying party of the bill of lading must be the same as the consignee at the time of booking.

 

Russia/Russia

 

• The port of discharge and destination cannot display the terminal name.

• All animal products containing or partially containing the following materials need to display the animal inspection and quarantine number (Veterinary Certificate Number) at the cargo tracing.

  • Meat;

  • Fish; 

  • Milk products, cheese and butter, powders and serums;  

  • Preserved food, Canned food (except canned vegetables, fruits and mushrooms);

  • Eggs, eggs powders; 

  • Bee products, honey, waxes; 

  • Natural casings;

  • Pet and fish food;

• For frozen container bills of lading for the transportation of meat or poultry, the consignee is not accepted to show as "To Order".

• All goods to Russia and transit here must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

• The port of discharge must show the port of discharge at the end of the zui.

• The breakdown(Cargo weight) of each cabinet must be shown on the bill of lading.

 

Slovenia/Slovenia

 

• The receiving consignee or the notifying party is not a company in the Adam land of Slovenia, but must be a company located in another European country.

• All goods to the port of Kopel, Slovenia and transit here must be provided with a 6-digit HS CODE and shown on the goods trace on the bill of lading. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

• HS CODE needs to be displayed on the di line of the bill of lading when the goods contain any of the following,

  • Meat

  • Fish

  • Animals

  • Milk products, cheese and butter, powders and serums

  • Preserved food, Canned food (except canned vegetables, fruits and mushrooms)

  • Eggs, egg powders

  • Bee products, honey, waxes

  • Natural casings

  • Pet and fish food

  • Skins, wool and furs of animals, horns, bones, feathers and other products of animal origin

 

Slovakia/Slovakia

 

• Individuals are not accepted as consignees.

 

Spain/Spain

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a local Spanish company, but must be a company located in another European country.

• 4-digit HS CODE must be provided for all shipments to Spain and transit there. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.

 

瑞士/Switzerland

 

• The receiving consignee or notifying party is not a company in the land of Adam, Switzerland, but must be a company located in another European country.

• "pallet" is not accepted as a unit of packing of goods.

 

英国/United Kingdom

 

• The consignee's name, address, city, Guo home and contact information are required and displayed on the bill of lading. If the consignee is To Order, the notifying party shall comply with the above requirements.

• All goods to the UK and transit here, the bill of lading cannot show "as per attached list" or "See Attachment" or "As per attached".

• All shipments to the UK and in transit must be provided with a minimum of 6-digit HS CODE. If a variety of goods are mixed and involve different HS CODE, please provide the goods information separately according to HS CODE to avoid incomplete declaration.
