Today, Amazon.com (AMZN) announced that its GEU3 warehouse will be temporarily closed from April 13 to May 11.
The move, like a boulder pouring into a calming lake, has created waves among the sellers, and a series of ripple effects are gradually emerging.
It is understood that the GEU3 warehouse is in a state of high load operation for a long time, and the loss of warehouse facilities is serious. This repair is urgent in order to ensure stable and efficient operation going forward. But for many sellers, this repair program presents a number of challenges. 
Before the warehouse closed, the sellers planned to send the goods to the GEU3 warehouse before April 13 in order to avoid the backlog of goods. The massive influx of cargo puts the warehouse under huge intake pressure, and the risk of a short-term liquidation climbs sharply.
Amazon.com internal staff revealed that the centralized delivery of the situation, to the warehouse operation has brought unprecedented challenges, the warehouse in the clearance warehouse before the "unbearable."

Once these two warehouses also burst, the shelf life of goods will be greatly reduced, the inventory turnover efficiency of sellers will be seriously affected, and the entire sales plan will be disrupted. 
In the face of this complex situation, sellers need to pay close attention to Amazon.com official news, timely adjustment of delivery plan, seek more flexible storage solutions, in order to reduce the warehouse closure and possible bursting of the impact on the business.
