The concept of safety control is not targeted at any specific country or region. If the export meets the relevant regulations, it will be licensed.

In accordance with the international obligations of non-proliferation and the need to safeguard national security and interests, sinceSince 2006, China has imposed temporary export controls on graphite-related products, including those used as negative electrode materials for batteries.

On the export control of gallium and germanium, Shu Jueting said, since this yearSince the implementation of the control policy on August 1, the Ministry of Commerce has successively received applications for permits from enterprises to export gallium and germanium-related items. After examination and approval in accordance with the law and regulations, some export applications that meet the requirements have been approved, and the relevant enterprises have obtained export licenses for dual-use items. The Ministry of Commerce will continue to examine other license applications and make decisions on whether to grant licenses in accordance with the law.
