International air transport knowledge summary, hurry to learn ~
Nov 01,2023

Air transport is known for its speed and safety. The on-time and ultra-high efficiency has won a considerable market, greatly shortened the delivery time, and played a great role in accelerating the capital turnover and circulation of the logistics supply chain.Major airlines have invested a large number of flights to share the cargo cake. However, air transport is relatively expensive and requires high time.

Eight Elements of Air Transport Inquiry
1. Name of goods (whether dangerous goods or not)
2, weight (involving charges), volume (size and whether bubble goods)
3, packaging (whether wooden box, with or without tray)
4. destination airport (basic point or not)
5, the required time (direct or transfer)
6. Require flights (service and price difference of each flight)
7, bill of lading category (main bill and sub-bill)
8. Required transportation services (customs declaration method, agency documents, customs clearance delivery, etc.)
Air freight is divided into heavy goods and bubble goods. 1CBM = 167KG volume weight compared with the actual weight, which is the largest according to which charge, of course, air bubble goods have a little secret, peers should know, here is not convenient to say. Manufacturers who don't understand can figure it out for themselves.
Air freight structure composition-do you know?
There are many people who do air transportation. Do you know how the airline's air transportation price is calculated? A brief introduction, I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
Air freight price composition:
1. Airfreight freight (charged by airlines)
2. Fuel sur charge fuel surcharge (according to the airport, the price of the destination point is different, Hong Kong now generally has the first 4 yuan or so, 3.6 before, the highest 4.8 last year, the price is adjusted by the airport, generally to Asia is 2 yuan)
3. Security check fee (Hong Kong charges a fixed fee of 1 yuan/kg)
4. Airport operation fee (Hong Kong is HKD283/ticket, the airport is responsible for transporting goods on the plane, etc.)
5. Terminal cost: 1.72/kg When the goods are handed over to the banker, the banker is responsible for board-making and other matters, which will eventually be collected by the airport)
6, aviation master bill fee: HKD15/bl is the cost of the bill of lading-property rights documents.
The above describes the composition of accounting costs for a large number of airlines, mainly Hong Kong Airport. Because Hong Kong is a super-large free trade port, and Hong Kong Airport is the world's largest airport, with few restrictions, wide range, and many cargo planes. There are currently 78 airlines. There are more than 100 flights every day, which can be selected under the condition of ensuring shipping space and service. However, the cost is generally higher than the domestic 2 yuan or so!
