In response, the Chinese spokesman stressed,"The pretext for the US to impose the sanctions is that these Chinese entities and individuals sell tablet presses, molds and other equipment to the United States and Mexico.
As we all know, tablet presses and molds are common commodities, have legitimate uses, and are widely used in normal industrial production. Moreover, according to international practice and common practice, it is the basic responsibility of importing enterprises and the legal obligation of the government of the importing country to ensure that international goods are not used for illegal purposes.
The drug epidemic in the United States is rooted in the United States itself. The U.S. population accounts for only 5% of the global population, but it consumes 80% of the world's opioids.
